AutoNex Solutions builds front-desk automation for aesthetic clinics and med spas. This page explains what this website collects, what it never asks for, and how to have your information removed.

What you share directly
The enquiry form on this site collects your name, clinic name, Instagram handle, phone number, and the date and time you prefer for a call. We use it only to contact you and prepare your demo.
The live Instagram simulator sends the message you type, plus a randomly generated visitor identifier, to our automation endpoint so the demo can reply in context. Nothing from the simulator is linked to a real patient record.
Stored in your browser
The simulator keeps a random visitor identifier in your browser storage so a conversation keeps its context between visits. Clearing your browser storage removes it, and the next visit simply receives a new one.
We do not place advertising cookies or sell browsing profiles.
Services that help us run this site
Calendly handles the scheduling link we send you, Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on these pages, and our own automation workspace receives simulator messages for the demo.
Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy, and we only send them what the specific interaction requires.
Patient safety boundary
The simulator is a demonstration environment. Please never enter patient names, dates of birth, treatment histories, or any clinical detail into it.
Our systems are built so that outbound triage conversations collect logistics only: availability, pricing questions, and booking steps. Clinical questions are handed to your licensed team.
Your choices
Ask us to delete anything you have sent us, or request a copy of it, by writing to automate@jmgracia.site and we will action it within 30 days.
We do not sell personal data. If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the revision date below is updated.
